We are excited to expand our prehab service by integrating customized yoga and pilates sessions to create a comprehensive wellness program to further assist you in your preventative and rehabilitation efforts!
YOGA WELLNESS PROGRAM
A holistic and non-invasive approach integrating elements of yoga and bodywork designed to improve strength, flexibility, gait, balance, and mobility. Appropriate for both preventative and rehabilitation measures. Customization helps reduce risk of injury or aggravation of existing condition while finding optimal balance within the body’s natural constitution. All sessions are tailored and is conducted one-on-one or in small-group settings to create a safe and effective practice.
Combining Physical Therapy + Yoga Therapeutics
A thorough assessment by our specialist physical therapist will identify any roadblocks and preexisting conditions that need restorative intervention. Through a Prehab assessment we will identify weaknesses and strengths that will be considered in a customized approach removing limitations to increase participation and performance back to functional and enjoyable recreation. We introduce components of restorative yoga early on for a smooth transition into full yoga sessions. This process is geared toward full motion flexibility restoration, optimizing breathing and balance of mind and body to achieve lasting and enjoyable previous state of wellness and enjoyable performance, the essence of Prehab so you don’t have to rehab.

HOW IT WORKS
Upon a thorough initial assessment of strength, flexibility, posture, movement, review of pre-existing pathology, breathing and lifestyle pattern Is established. Goals are reviewed, a diagnosis is discussed and a plan is formulated combining the essential components necessary to your success.

After care: Appropriate corrective measures
A tailored home-practice regime is given at the end of each session to help participants cultivate a healthy lifestyle and engage in their own recovery while moving independently in their daily lives. Consistent and careful monitoring through follow-up will be conducted.
