The Gait analysis was incredible. Alex has a great series of exercises and sensor to detect gait/stride patterns. I got a lot of great information. My coach (Evan Wood) and I now have lots of data to help increase my performance.
I highly recommend going to Prehab San Diego. Not just for injuries. I went to them initially because I had a hamstring injury. With a run analysis we learned my stride was too long. By adjusting my running form I ran pain free. After that we worked on strengthening my hamstring and surrounding areas. They helped make me a stronger runner and provided so much education that will help continue my running journey.
