Matt brings extensive experience and a lifelong passion for fitness, athletics, and performance to every facility, group, or individual he works with. With a background rooted in both team and individual sports, Matt has competed in organized football, baseball, and track and field, as well as numerous endurance events including 5K and 10K races, half marathons, sprint and Olympic-distance triathlons, and long-distance bike tours. Matt’s approach to training is highly individualized—he treats every client as if they are on their own personal training program. He takes the time to understand each person’s goals, movement history, and lifestyle to create programs that are effective, sustainable, and motivating. Whether working with athletes or individuals looking to improve their overall fitness, Matt emphasizes proper movement, consistency, and long-term progress. In addition to his athletic and professional experience, Matt proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that shaped his discipline, leadership, and commitment to excellence. He was drawn to the fitness industry by his high energy, love of sports and competition, and genuine desire to help others succeed. Known for his ability to motivate and connect with people, Matt brings enthusiasm, structure, and accountability to every training session.
