Miguel Silva

A San Diego native and SDSU alumnus, Miguel shares his alma mater with Marielle – in fact, they were classmates! With a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and full-body certification in Active Release Technique (ART), Miguel brings extensive experience in manual therapy to Prehab. His background in five high school sports and a lifelong fascination with anatomy naturally led him to a career in sports medicine.

 

Miguel’s professional journey includes roles at San Diego City College, the Texas Rangers Baseball organization, and Novos. He has found his niche in the private practice environment, where he can provide truly dedicated, efficient, and customized care to every athlete and client. Outside of Prehab, you might find Miguel bartending or enjoying a craft cocktail, working out at the gym, or relaxing at the beach with friends.
