Prehab San Diego

I’m in the fitness world – I’m a personal trainer and love working out, but I do not love running. I decided to run a marathon as a challenge to myself and I had no idea what to do. I started coming to Prehab and it changed the whole training game for me. I did a gait analysis seeing what was different between my stride and helped me identify which running shoe worked best for me.

As an 800m runner for the USA Olympic team, working with Prehab has taught me a lot of tips for my running technique for races and for practice. Coming to Prehab has really helped me to perform better.

I had a knee and calf injury shortly before entering a race and ended up walking the last few miles. In training for the NYC marathon, I got hooked up with Prehab for injury prevention, strength training, and improving my gait in ways that would help me prevent my past injuries and I got my best marathon time ever breaking 4 hours.

The Prehab warm-up has literally changed my running game. I did it right before the start of the NYC marathon as well as some other exercises they gave me. I had one of my best races on one of the most challenging courses I have ever ran. I would recommend them 100% to any one of my fitness & runner friends or any friends who want to meet their goals.
