Prehab is AMAZING! not only is their service amazing but their staff are so welcoming. They make you feel nice and cozy as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend going to Prehab San Diego. Not just for injuries. I went to them initially because I had a hamstring injury. With a run analysis we learned my stride was too long. By adjusting my running form I ran pain free. After that we worked on strengthening my hamstring and surrounding areas. They helped make me a stronger runner and provided so much education that will help continue my running journey.
