Matt – Trainer
Matt has had a lifelong passion for fitness, athletics, and performance. His background includes both team and individual sports, with experience competing in football, baseball, and track and field, along with endurance events such as 5K and 10K races, half marathons, sprint and Olympic-distance triathlons, and long-distance cycling events. His love for training and competition continues to drive the way he works with athletes and active individuals today.
Matt enjoys helping people improve performance, move better, and build long-term consistency in their training. His approach is highly individualized, taking the time to understand each person’s goals, movement history, and lifestyle to create programs that are realistic, sustainable, and challenging in the right ways. Whether working with competitive athletes or someone looking to improve overall fitness, he focuses on proper movement, accountability, and steady progress over time.
In addition to his athletic background, Matt proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed the discipline, leadership, and work ethic that continue to shape his coaching style today. He is known for bringing high energy, motivation, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed in and outside of training.
