Hana – DPT
Hana joined Prehab with a strong background in competitive sports, having played high school softball and collegiate Division III volleyball, a sport she continues to play and love today. She uses her lifelong passion for athletics to help runners, weekend warriors, and competitive athletes optimize their performance, recover from injuries, and get back to doing what they love.
Prior to Prehab, Hana focused extensively on evaluating and treating complex orthopedic and post-surgical conditions, giving her broad clinical experience in movement training, strength development, and targeted recovery strategies.
Dedicated to evidence-based practice and athletic performance, Hana’s award-winning research explored how structured physical programs build strength, balance, and overall physical resilience. Hana earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY Oneonta and her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from New York Medical College.
