The TCS New York City Marathon always brings out the very best of the running community, and we feel so lucky to have been a small part of it in 2025!
From our pre-race Carb Dinner to a record-breaking week of post-race recovery sessions, this year was our biggest, busiest, and most inspiring marathon weekend yet.
Fueling Up Together
We kicked things off with our annual Prehab Carb Dinner, welcoming runners for a night of connection, encouragement, and shared excitement. It was a chance to meet so many of you before race day and hear your goals, your training stories, and the reasons you run.
Seeing those same runners cross the finish line just days later made the celebration even sweeter!
A Record Number of Recovery Visitors
After the race, our clinic was buzzing.
This year we saw our highest-ever number of recovery attendees, with runners stopping by from all over. Whether you came in for compression boots, K-Laser, guided mobility sessions, or simply a moment to breathe after 26.2 miles, we were honored to support you.
Your stories filled the clinic with energy and joy. Hearing why you run, what the race meant to you, and how your body felt after the final stretch reminded us exactly why our team loves what we do.
Proud Doesn’t Even Begin to Cover It
Every single runner who came through our doors training for the race showed grit, resilience, and heart. We’re incredibly proud of you! Not just for finishing the marathon, but for the months of dedication, discipline, and self-belief it took to get there. Thank you for letting Prehab be a part of your journey. Whether this was your first marathon or one of many, we’re grateful for the opportunity to support you before, during, and after the race.
